PENANDATANGANAN KINERJA “BECUS dan TATAG” untuk ASN SMP NEGERI…
Kroya – Dalam upaya meningkatkan profesionalisme dan integritas Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN), SMP Negeri 1 Kroya turut melaksanakan penandatanganan komitmen kinerja dengan prinsip BECUS dan TATAG. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan pada hari Senin, 3 Maret 2025, diikuti oleh seluruh ASN yang bertugas di lingkungan SMP N 1 Kroya.
Kepala SMP N 1 Kroya Bapak Suharsono, S.Pd., M.Pd. dalam sambutannya menyampaikan bahwa komitmen kinerja ini merupakan wujud kesungguhan para ASN dalam menjalankan tugas dengan penuh tanggung jawab. “Sebagai tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan, kita harus menjadi contoh dalam menerapkan prinsip BECUS (Bener, Eling, Cerdas, Ulet, dan Santun) serta TATAG (Tidak Akan korupsi dan jual beli jabatan, Tidak Akan melakukan perbuatan yang melanggar norma, serta Gelem ASN berkomitmen untuk mau mematuhi aturan dan bersikap jujur serta loyal kepada pimpinan).
Penandatanganan komitmen ini dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah dan diikuti oleh seluruh guru serta tenaga kependidikan. Dalam kegiatan ini, juga disampaikan pemaparan tentang nilai-nilai yang terkandung dalam prinsip BECUS dan TATAG, serta bagaimana penerapannya dalam lingkungan pendidikan.
Selain sebagai bentuk dukungan terhadap kebijakan Pemerintah Kabupaten Cilacap, komitmen ini juga menjadi langkah nyata bagi SMP N 1 Kroya dalam mewujudkan tata kelola sekolah yang lebih baik, transparan, dan berorientasi pada pelayanan prima. Dengan adanya komitmen ini, diharapkan seluruh dapat semakin meningkatkan kinerja, memberikan teladan bagi siswa, serta berkontribusi dalam menciptakan lingkungan pendidikan yang lebih profesional dan bermartabat.
Dengan semangat BECUS dan TATAG, SMP N 1 Kroya berkomitmen untuk terus memberikan yang terbaik bagi kemajuan pendidikan di Kabupaten Cilacap.
